How do I order online?
It's simple. All you need is an email address and an appetite.- Choose your campus.
- Browse list of restaurants; select by clicking on the restaurant's name.
- Build your order. Once you have selected the restaurant you want to order from, click through the categories on the left hand side and they will display all associated items in the center area. Select items by clicking on the price and then the add item button on the next screen. You will be able to customize toppings if applicable for that item. Some toppings may cost extra.
- Check out. If you have added everything you want and have reached the minimum requirements of that restaurant the checkout button will appear in the guest check on the right. Click checkout; confirm delivery and payment and you are done!
- Campusfood.com immediately sends your order via fax to the restaurant. Once the restaurant has successfully received your order a detailed order confirmation is sent to your email account and the restaurant begins to prepare your food.
Note: You will only have to do this once.
Note: As you add items they are automatically added to the guest check on the right.
For changes to your order, we suggest contacting the restaurant directly. The phone number is supplied in the confirmation email.

How do I register?
It’s an easy one-time process. Complete the short SIGN UP form with a valid email address and you’re ready to go. That’s it. Now, go and eat!
What is a security key?
Campusfood.com takes every precaution to protect privacy and ensure account security for our customers. The security key completes the registration process by verifying a customer’s email address. It is sent promptly to the email address and the user simply clicks on the link in the email to activate their account. This helps prevent against fraudulent accounts and orders.Note that the security key is a one-time account activation tool and is not connected with your password.
Can I use Campusfood.com if I am not a student?
Yes. Campusfood.com is not limited to only students. Faculty and local residents can also take advantage of our exclusive Campusfood.com specials. Just make sure you are within the restaurant’s delivery range by referencing their details page.
What if I live off campus?
You need to be in the delivery range of the restaurant to place an order. Delivery guidelines are on the restaurant’s details page.
What if I forget my password?
If you forgot your password, all hope is not lost. We can send your password to your email.
Hey, my campus is not listed!
We are continually adding new schools to our roster. Please visit our Recommend a Campus page to suggest your school. Don’t forget to tell us what your favorite restaurants are, including their phone numbers to speed up the process. Adding a school is based on restaurant participation so you may need to give us a little time.
How can I edit my email address if it changes?
You are able to edit all of your information in the My Account section, including email address, password and any information relevant to ordering online.
What if I transfer to another campus?
You can still use Campusfood.com at your new school. Just log in to your account, edit your campus and update. Make sure you update your new delivery address and phone number ** If your new campus is not available on Campusfood.com, Recommend a Campus.
How do I cancel my account?
Going on a hunger strike? Canceling your Campusfood.com account isn’t necessary. If you still want to cancel, Contact Us and we will deactivate your account.
How can I remove myself from Campusfood.com promotional emails?
On every promotional email we send there is an 'Opt-out' link at the bottom. Click that and you will be automatically removed.
Can I see a list of all of my orders?
All your orders can be accessed in My Account section under order history. After searching for an order by time-frame the orders are displayed by order number, date, time, restaurant and total. You can also look at each specific order details.
Can I give feedback on a previous order?
Within the order history section of your account, you are able to provide feedback on every order. This helps us know how our restaurants are performing and make our service better. If you have more specific feedback that you want to bring to our attention, please Contact Us immediately.
The prices on your web site are different than the menu.
If you come across any price discrepancies…we need to know. Contact Us, include the restaurant, campus name, and specific error so we can contact the restaurant and update their online menu.
